Man, I think at the end of the day, country music is really all about storytelling, and that's what I told X the other day during our interview was, you know, I think what drew me to his music so much was his authenticity of, you know, where he comes from and, and his background and talking about his, about his roots.
And I think for me, like, I've always been a huge fan of hip hop, and when I discovered X a couple years back, I just, I loved his voice. Um,
I just loved that it, it, it reminded me of, like, a little bit of, like, '90s hip hop in a way.
And, uh, I don't know, I think when he, when he gets on the microphone, I just believe every word that he says.
So I, I-- It's been really cool to watch the country music community em- embrace X, and, and this record is gonna be massive, and, and, uh, I'm just very honored to be a part of it.
